We accept both domestic and international orders. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail with the service you selected. Postage is calculated based on the weight of your total order and will be added to your basket before you checkout. If you are in urgent need of an item, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
Collect from store:
If you would like to collect your order from our Dalston store please speak to a customer service assistant before placing your order.
We will refund all items that are returned in saleable condition within 14 days. Items returned after this period will not be accepted. Return postage is covered by the customer. All returns must be accompanied by your invoice or receipt and online returns can take up to 5 working days to process once received back. Please do not take returns to our bricks and mortar store, they will not be able to refund you there.
